Based in San Diego, California, AZ Investments (AZI) is a real estate investment firm specializing in the acquisition of value-add multifamily properties.
Founded in 2020, AZI has successfully acquired fourteen properties, comprising 257 units, valued at over $80M. Many of these assets have undergone extensive renovations and repositioning, with several refinanced and one sold, providing strong returns for investors and demonstrating the company’s ability to execute multiple full investment cycles in a challenging post-covid market.
In 2023, AZI launched its in-house property management company, Managed A2Z, to increase operational efficiency and further vertical integration. This strategic move has been integral to the company’s success, allowing AZI to control additional aspects of ownership. In 2026, the firm expanded this approach by bringing construction and renovation operations in-house, creating a dedicated team to manage capital improvement projects across its value-add properties. AZI has deliberately grown its team larger than its current need, positioning itself for the next stage of growth.
